Turn-Around Time

All orders will be completed within Business 7 days. Get Well and Sympathy will be shipped within 3 days due to the urgency of the gift.

Gift Wrap

All Gift Sets will be packaged in white boxes with a choice of a clear top or a white glossy top. The gift sets will have tulle surrounding the package and crinkle filler within the box. There will be a luggage tag attached to the tulle. The message will be displayed on the back of the luggage tag. Free Gift Packaging!!

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 7.75% will be applied to all orders shipped within North Carolina.

At this time, Southern Threads is not able to embroider personal items.

Orders will be completed according to the information given by the customers. Seeing orders are personalized, items may not be returned or exchanged. Any mistakes made by Southern Threads will be promptly corrected and shipped immediately. Please look at your order carefully to make sure that you have the name and initials spelled correctly.
